Michael Bailey Associates is currently looking for a ServiceNow Supporter for a client that is based in Bonaduz.
Tasks:
* Processing and solving incidents and problems related to CSM (Customer Support Management)
* Cooperation with various departments, including ICT Change and ICT Project
* The interface between the ICT Supply and ICT Solution departments
* Participation in CSM projects
* Analyze complex relationships in the ServiceNow area and process them accordingly
Your profile:
* Completed further education as a computer scientist HF or FH and/or several years of experience in the ICT area
* Very good knowledge with several years of experience in the ServiceNow area
* Very good command of spoken and written German and good knowledge of English
* An open-minded and team-oriented person with a strong work ethic
