Business Analyst - Human Resources urgently required for our Nottingham based client on an initial 6 month contract + extensions.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements through facilitating workshops, conducting interviews and employing a range of BA techniques as appropriate. You will produce high level and detailed business requirements to support the HR function as it transitions away from a third party supplier. You will act as the liaison between the HR and IT teams during a market scan and evaluation of potential toolsets that will realise those requirements; ensure that all solutions proposed meet the business need and overall business strategy, ensure that all solutions proposed represent value for money for the business and are proportionate and review technology supplier proposals to ensure compliance and value for money.
In order to be considered you will have broad experience of Business Analysis and Solution Design approaches and knowledge and understanding of Service Transition approaches. A minimum of 3 years’ experience with HR specialist processes, technology and tools as an analyst is essential, as is significant organisational skills and ability to effectively lead business analysis activities. You will have a proven expertise in dealing with both technical and business stakeholders, with strong experience in the public and/or health sectors.
