Technology Support Manager - EMEA Core Technology Services
Responsible for the day to day management of the London Technical Support team (7 to 10 engineers). Delivering a first-class technology support service to client base across the UK. Delivering against EMEA Technology and UK business strategies. Ensuring the consistent and timely delivery of performance results reports against the agreed format and regularity.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background managing a successful Desktop / 2nd line support team competently delivering within a professional services environment. experience Delivering significant and complex BAU service improvements, Strong understanding and awareness of Service Management processes & ITIL Frameworks. Experience developing Senior Stakeholder relationships and strategic outsource partner. Understanding of project management methodologies, licensing and recording license documentation.
