We are currently experiencing major growth across all of our markets and as a result we are looking for young and dynamic individuals to join us. As a recruiter or account manager you will fulfil the following tasks:
* Identifying potential Pharmaceutical specialists that can be introduced to clients by conducting database searches, networking and advertising.
* Conducting Telephone Interviews with candidates.
* Discussing potential opportunities with candidates.
* Managing our recruitment database- making sure all candidates details are always kept up to date.
* Responsible for posting of advertisements and collating advertisement response.
* The candidate must have a minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment in the Pharmaceutical market.
* Must be enthusiastic and energetic.
* Must enjoy telephone based tasks and have strong communication skills.
